We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2019, at the age of 64, Catherine Anne Jacob (Bath, Maine) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband John Boucher. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her siblings, Barry Pool, Jr and Christine Ward; her great-aunt Marion Dailey; her daughters, Michele Walker (Eric), Jeann-Marie Boucher and Marguerite Schrider (Bill); and her grandchildren, Cody, Reiley and Rowen. She is also survived by three stepchildren and five step-grandchildren.
