She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Webb; and her parents-in-law, Wilfred, Hester Martel and John Martel, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Corkery of Southwest Harbor, Merle Martel of Clearwater, Florida and Jack Martel (Mary Ellen); her grandchildren, Richard Whitaker (Christina) of Marblehead and Jennifer Martel LaHaye (Matthew) of Southwest Harbor; her great grandchildren, Thomas Whitaker (Tiffany) of Old Town, Nicholas, Graham and Sebastian Whitaker of Marblehead, Massachusetts; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Carmen LaHaye of Southwest Harbor. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
