It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Messer of Bar Harbor, Maine, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlotte Norinsky and Charles "Jack" Norinsky; her husband Vincent C. Messer; her son Jordan Messer of Portland, ME; and her sisters, Judy Rosenberg of Baltimore and Joan Slack of Palm Beach. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
