With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Catherine Cantwell (Bar Harbor, Maine), who passed away on July 13, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Cantwell Sr. and Bridget Cantwell (Finnegan); her brothers, John Jr., William, Edward and James; her nieces, Marcia Cantwell Sawyer and Agnes "Tillie" Cantwell Anderson; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Cantwell and JoAnn Cantwell.
She is survived by: her nieces, Alicia Mellow (Victor), Linda Campbell (Ernie), Jane Cantwell (Mieke) and Patricia Cantwell-Keene (Alan); and her friends, Dave Sowalsky, Tom, Michele Krajewski, Bert, Kathleen Peterson, Cindy and Larry Lavagne.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christ the King Church in Albany, Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Bar Harbor, Sisters of Mercy, Albany, or Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm.
