He is survived by: his wife Brenda McNamara; his son Tim of Florida; his daughter-in-law Lori Varney of Bangor; his son Rick (Jane) of Bangor; his grandchildren, Nicholas Varney (Samantha), Whittney Miller (Matt), Michael Varney (Sarah) and Emmaline Varney (Peter); and his sister Judy Porter of Millinocket.
