He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton G. Spencer and Inez Spencer (Leeman); and his grandparents, Millard, Lillian Spencer, Vernon and Eva Leeman.
He is survived by: his wife Christy Spencer; his children, Tammy Spencer (Paul Lochner), Vaughn Spencer II and Amanda Spencer (Shawn Tracy); his stepchildren, Jon Kosobud (Melissa) and Kyle Kosobud (Jessica); his siblings, Sharon McLain (Stuart), Robin Frost (Larry) and Graydon Spencer; his parents-in-law, William and Donna Perkins; and his sister-in-law Becky Pelkey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and cousins.
