He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Libby and Sherrill Libby; his wife Rhonda Libby (Higgins); and his daughter Amanda Dandro. He is survived by: his children, Justin Libby (Max Ward) and Ashlee Lynch (Ryan); his son-in-law Travis Dandro; his grandchildren, Isaac, Wyeth, Feleke, Isa, Miles, Reuben and Thea; his siblings, Brian Libby (Gayle) and Kimberly Dunton; his brother-in-law Dennis Higgins (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Bryan, Denys, Rachel, Angie and Bradley.
