It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Q. Estes in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry R. Estes, II; her parents, Godfrey A. Quirion and Eliza Quirion (Stewart); and her sister Lorraine Q. Harvey. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Estes (Beverly) of Old Town and Harry "Skip" Estes, III (Susan) of Brewer; her grandchildren, Sarah Estes Clark (Adam) of Brewer, Cory and Casey Estes of Old Town; her great grandchildren, Carter, Brielle, Ameila and Hadley Estes; and her close friends, Cynthia, Nate Churchill, Vicky and Everett Bennett.
Shirley moved into the Ellen M. Leach home in 2020, two weeks before the pandemic closed everything down.
