She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard J. Lowney; her parents, Harold P. Wink and Barbara J. Wink; her daughter Stephanie Marsh (Lester) of Imperial, Missouri; her granddaughter Shelby Roberts (Gregory) of Naples, FL; her great grandchildren, Parker, Auggie and Willa; her sister Judy Huebner (Tom) of Georgia; her nephews, Eric, Kyle Huebner, Steven Lowney (Scott) and Matt Lowney (Marisa); her niece Sue Reddish (Ryan); and her friend Becky Young of Colorado. She was also cherished by friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kiley & Foley Funeral Service (69 State St, Brewer, ME 04412). The military honors was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
