He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Frati and Alice Frati (Helenbrand) of Old Town, ME; and his siblings, Louise, Peter and Hugo.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Orlando Jr., Joseph, Alice Rumsey (Fred) and Charlene Marie Boggins (Enda); his granddaughter Amorica; his great grandchild Molly; his sister Joanna Hitt; his cousin Walter Frati; his nieces, Pam, Debbie, Jody, Theresa and Lisa; his siblings-in-law, Dean LeBel, Helen Frati (Dave), Mary Hallowell (Rob Baker) and Elizabeth Hayward; his nieces and nephews, Allie, Carly and Laura Thibideou; his nephews, Forest Grant, Gary Smith and Tim Cotton; his niece Ann; and also Maddie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
