He was predeceased by: his parents, Linas B. Billings Sr. and Inez Billings Sr. (Haines); his wife Shirley Billings (Bouchard); and his sisters, Dorothy Kinney (Graden), Shirley Rogers (Gene), Avis Chapman (Warren), Alice Cannon (Joe) and Betty Voisine (Del).
He is survived by: his children, Monte Billings of Bangor, Marcia Moriarty (Bill) of Brewer and Michelle Macys of Hummelstown, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley, Adam Nute, Amy Billings, Tyler, Amy Raymond, Micah, Sheila Raymond, Victoria Macys and Katharine Macys; and his sister Alberta Viel. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
