He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sumner and Luella Sumner (Cooke); his wife Charlotte; and his daughter Lisa. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cheryl, Larry, Amy and Charles (Tyler); his sister Roberta; and his nephew Bob Heffernan.
