He is survived by: his wife Nancy Perkins (Given) of Patten; his children, Stephen Perkins (Stacy) of Harbor City, CA., Michael Kenneth Perkins of Bangor and Susan Emily Smith (Victor) of Chattanooga, TN.; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Garrett, Elizabeth and Nathaniel; and his siblings, George Perkins (Julie) of Benton and Linda Perkins of Bangor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
