He is survived by: his parents, Dana C. Leslie and Jacqueline Leslie (Kelly); his daughter Kylly Leslie; his grandson Lyncoln Scott of Bangor; his sisters, Christine Leslie of Glenburn and Rebecca Brownell (Harold) of Glenburn; his nieces and nephews, Leslie Collagan, Gregory Collagan and Harold Brownell IV; and his close friends, Earnie Gardner and Tyler Kelly.
Kelly's family greatly appreciates those who donated to assist him with his care and treatments throughout his battle.
