She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Carver; her mother Lyvonie M. Lynch (Graham); and her siblings, Jody Iwaniszek and John R Graham III (Michael J. Welch Sr.). She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Welch Jr. and Jodi-Ann Brecht (Timothy Brecht); her granddaughters, Breanna Witkos (Rodney Witkos) and Lindsay Brecht; her great grandchildren, Jaelin, Jorge, Julius, Jose, Laylah and Everlee; her sister-in-law Nancy Graham; her nephew Jeffrey Graham; her nieces, Terri Graham and Lynn Hodgins; and her close friends, Karen and Sally.
