Monk (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Alexandra Cookson (Chad Lucas), Andrew Cookson (Pamela), Jacob Monk and Mara Monk; his sisters, Eileen Murphy, Pat Cookson and Joanne Fish (Arthur M. Fish); and his sister-in-law Collette M. Lowe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
