It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garret E. Cole of Bangor, Maine, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Cole and Suzanne Cole; his former wife Marsha Cole (Ostlund); his parents-in-law, Ralph and Edith Ostlund; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Ostlund.

He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, James Cole (Sara) of Ashland and Kristin Cole Vogell (Eric) of Scarborough; his grandchildren, Alexander, Zachary, Hannah and Abigail; his siblings, Ann Parke (George), Richard Cole (Jane), Janet Cole Cross (Bill) and Len Cole (Shelly); and his sisters-in-law, Sun Ostlund and Carole Ringer (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
