She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Achorn; and her parents, Ralph J. Mayo and Annie R. Mayo (Taylor). She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Maryann) of Tujunga, CA, Timothy (Kim) of Brewer and John (Sharon) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Kristin Fortin (Richard), Nathanial (Tonya), Jason Achorn, Eric Achorn, Jessica Achorn, Lauren Restaino (Stephen), Peter Achorn (Emily) and Joshua Achorn; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan, Calvin, Thomas, Charlotte, Ari and Ada Louise. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kiley & Foley Funeral Service (69 State St, Brewer, ME 04412). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (531 N Main St, Brewer, ME 04412).
