He is survived by: his girlfriend Amy Cotterell; his children, Erik York Jr., Sara York (Tim Gallon), Matt York (Kelly Shultz), Mitchell Dumas and Nathan Dumas; his grandchildren, Jacob, Lucy, James and Anthony; and his siblings, Laurie, Celeste, Mary, Jill, Doreen, Heidi, Anthony, Lisa, Joseph and John.
