He is survived by: his sons, Clyde, Shawn, Eric and Kevin Cowan; his grandchildren, Brittany, Eric and Brooke Cowan; his siblings, Elanor Jean, Daniel and Steven Philbrick; his nieces, Michelle Henderson, Amy Oliver-Stubs and Katie Philbrick; and his nephew Daniel Philbrick.
