He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Trevett (Grant) and Charles "Wiley" Oliver; his stepfather Moody Trevett; his wives, Lola and Susan Delano (Blake) of Lee; his siblings-in-law, Priscilla Hunter, Leon Trask, Paul Trask and Robert Ross; and his stepchildren, Randy Delano and Connie McLeod.
He is survived by: his children, James, David, Julie Oliver (Smart) of Belgrade and Susan O'Brien (Gerry) of Bangor; his stepchildren, Marjorie, Jim Louder, Sandra Delano, Janine, Dan Smith, Byron and Julie Delano; his grandchildren, Ashley Oliver (Matthew Jennings), Georgeanne Oliver (Benjamin Spencer), Joseph Oliver (Crystal), Patrick O'Brien and Grace O'Brien; his great grandchild Vivienne Oliver; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne Ross, Lorraine Welch, Cynthia Wickett and Eileen Ross (Mel Bouchard).
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Brookings-Smith (133 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401). A reception was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith (163 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401).
