He is survived by: his children, William Ellsworth (Kirsten) of Jacksonville, FL, Bridgett Fisher (Brad) of Benton and Kimberly Wacome (Eric) of Belgrade; his brothers, Eugene E. Ellsworth of Sidney and Michael D'Andrea of Ocala, FL; and his grandchildren, Bryanna Wilson, James C. Lemelin, Jacob Fisher, Abby Wacome, Elizabeth and Sophia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
