She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Pomerleau (Carrigan) and Rene Pomerleau Sr.; her husband Robert H. Laliberte; her daughter Debra; and her brothers, Rene Pomerleau Jr. and Daniel Pomerleau.

She is survived by: her sister Barbara Shepard (Kip); her siblings-in-law, Al Longstaff, Roger Laliberte (Erroll Adams), Lawrence "Tarz" Laliberte (Tonia) and Rose Laliberte (late Rene); her niece Pamela Johnson; and also Theresa. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
