She is survived by: her father Brian Birks (Kara) of Sabattus; her husband Wayne Perkins of Augusta; her children, Helena Knight, Briana, Jacob Arnold, Ara and Ashton Perkins; her mother Jo (Martin); her siblings, Kodie Birks and Hannah Martin; her grandmother Helen Birks; and her mother-in-law Dawn Pallis (Tony) of Dresden.
