She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hooker and Rosabelle Hooker (Chelette). She is survived by: her sister Alice Medley (Max) of Georgia; her nephews, Todd Medley and Michael Medley (Becky); her great-niece Ashleigh; her caregivers, Rita, Patrick Fortin (family: Karen Benner) and John Fortin (Linda); and her godson Aaron Fortin (Erin).
