She is survived by: her husband Ronald Eccles; her son John Eccles (Leanne Eccles) of Scarborough; her grandchildren, Nichole Garfield, Ava Eccles and Cameron Eccles; her sister Diane Dionne (Paul) of Lewiston; and her sister-in-law Claire Carboneau of Florida. She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren.
Her crowning achievement was national recognition in New York, USA, for her outstanding contributions to the world of hair styling.
