He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Conary Lewis; his sons, Steven and Sean; his aunts, Laurel Stevens and Linda Jamison; his siblings, Jeff Lewis (Gina), Wendy Porter (David), Amy Smith, Emily Lewis and Betsy Bradley (Keith); and his nieces and nephews, Natalie, Mark, Scott, Chad, Adam, Jeremiah, Matthew, Jenny, Franklin, Raymond, Sarah, Cassie, Joshua, Laura, Becky, Christopher, Peter, Ben of Brian, RJ, Mary, Garrett, Ashlee, William, Kerrigan, Olivia, Thomas and Eric. He is also survived by wife, sons and daughter-in-law.
