We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2023, at the age of 89, Philip J Bell (Augusta, Maine), born in Fort Fairfield, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bell and Lucy Bell (Cote); his wife Theresa L. Bell (Marois); and his son-in-law Steve Pass. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Pass (Kenneth Boucher) of Augusta and Lori Allen (William) of Windsor; his nephew Stephen Marois; his siblings, Gertrude Sanford of Augusta and Robert Bell of Windsor; his grandchildren, Jen Lanphier (Justin), Dan Pass (Zosia Kotecka) and Matt Allen; and his great grandchildren, Logan and Bryson Lanphier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
