He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurier Bonenfant and Beatrice Bonenfant (Charest); and his siblings, Roger Bonenfant and Lea Dumas. He is survived by: his wife Alice Bonenfant; his children, Diane Arnold (Brian), Patricia Bonenfant (David Berube), Paul Bonenfant Jr. (Carla Stevens) and Michael Bonenfant (Stacie Gallant); his grandchildren, Brandon Arnold, David Beland (Emily Coulombe), Brianna Merrill (Thomas), Kyle Bonenfant, Alisa Bonenfant, Brooke Bonenfant and Mitchell Bonenfant; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Kilian, Hadley, Olivia and Adalee; his sister Lorraine Ferland; and his siblings-in-law, Bernadette Bonenfant and Francis Dumas Jr..
