He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Tex" E. Perry, Sr. and Jeanette Perry (Campbell); his close friend Mark Mijak; and his sisters, Joan Perry Dodge and Mary Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Russell; and his siblings, Alice LaForte (Carl), Richard Perry (Lori), Kianna Page (Nobby) and Robert Perry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, as well as several great nephews.
