She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred J. Boucher and Rosa Boucher (Picard); her husband John W. Higgins; and her siblings, Richard Boucher, Raymond Boucher, Robert Boucher, Madeline Levesque, Lorraine Levesque, Gert Chase, Nancy Champagne, Martha St. Hilaire and Connie Rodrigue.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra St. Amand (Mark) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Mark St. Amand, Jr. (Heather), Melissa Gosselin (Roman) and Jessica St. Amand; and her great grandchildren, Liam St. Amand, Ainslie St. Amand, Owen Gosselin, Easton Gosselin, Adelynne Jose and Alexis McCausland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Plummer Funeral Home (16 Pleasant St, Augusta, ME 04330). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
