He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Weiss (Burkart) and Leonard A. Weiss Sr.; his siblings, Leonard Weiss Jr., Kathy Gomez and Judy Welnak; and his pet Retriever.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Weiss; his sons, David A. Weiss Jr. (Danielle) and Carter Anthony Weiss; his grandsons, Harrison Michael Tribou, Aaden Carter Weiss and Logan David Weiss; his siblings, Diana Deja (Butch), Mary Masarik (Dennis) and William Weiss (Marty); and his brother-in-law Paul Welnak.
