She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernell Perkins and Lena Perkins (LeBlanc); her husband Glenwood Bailey; her children, John and Trina Tatro; her sister Stella Young; and her granddaughter Michelle Bailey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Francine Perkins, Beverly Perkins-Tripp and Betty Hinkley; her children, Glenda Doubleday (Jack) of Wisconsin, Michael Bailey (Lorraine) of Vermont, Shawn Bailey of Lewiston and Troy Bailey of Chelsea; and her grandchildren, Arley, Anna, Jessica, Kristen, Joshua and Ronald. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in Carolyn's name may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
