He is survived by: his parent Donna Lukachy (Heath Schwab) of Richmond; his sister Emily Brennan (Christopher Farley); his niece Vivian Farley of Freeport; his grandmother Joyce Farnham of Somerville; his uncle David Farnham; his aunt Jennifer Brennan; his cousin Kelsa Brennan; his grandfather William Farnham; and his nephew Brady. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
