She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Jones (Tootie); her husband Charles Welch (Skip); and her uncle Johnny Jones. She is survived by: her father Robert Young (Elissa Young); her children, Katie Welch, Amy Booker and David Welch; her grandchildren, Mickey, Nate, Bethany, Aiden, Lily, Lyla and Jocelyn; her great grandchildren, Emma, Quinn and Freya; her siblings, Elizabeth Young, Robert and John Young; her nephews, Nick of Christopher, JJ and Noah; and her cousin Shamus Jones (Mindy).
