She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Gordon Hale and Rubie Gilcris; her husband Ralph Kates; and her sister Darlene Lacroix (Ralph). She is survived by: her children, Kelly Davis (Ken), Dan Kates (Lori) and Kerry Hall (Kyle); her grandchildren, Sean Davis (Zoe), Chris Kates (Casey), Jordan Jordan (Caleb), Ben, Caleb, Sidney (Nick), Alexandra, Chase and Brendan; her great grandchildren, Abel, Ava, Cole, Teagan and Todd; her cousin Joyce Puhalla; and her in-laws, Sharon Dufrense, Sheila Blanchette, Honey Moulton, Sherry Necessary, Rodney Kates and Rickey Kates. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
