She was predeceased by: her parents, Francois Roy and Eva Roy (Moreau); her husband Arthur H. Westleigh; her son Paul; and her siblings, Joseph, Marcel, Laurier Roy and Georgette Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Monique Simpson of Idaho; her children, Susan Bouchard of Lewiston and Michael (Gloria) of Lewiston; and her daughter-in-law Cathy of Lewiston. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
