He was predeceased by: his sister Rosalie. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Ames-Gillman; his son-in-law Jeffrey N. Gillman; his son Paul S. Ames; and his brother Stephen Ames (Sandra Ames). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
