She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Gallagher; her husband Andrew Carlista; and her sister Mary Burke. She is survived by: her children, Anne Gallagher Dixon (Mark Dixon) of North Yarmouth, Dr. Stephen Gallagher (Susanne Muesse Gallagher) of Scarborough, Theresa Gallagher Boucher (Daniel Boucher) of Lewiston, Susan Gallagher of Westbrook and Maureen Gallagher of Anaheim, California.; her grandchildren, Drew Dixon, Leah Dixon, Michelle Gallagher Gregory (Kyle Gregory), Matthew Gallagher, Shane Embleton (Melissa Embleton) and Ryan Gwartney; her brother-in-law Anthony Cavallaro Senior; and her stepdaughters, Jo Harmon, Barbara Hogan and Donna Swindells. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the A. T. Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services (660 Brighton Ave, Portland, ME 04102). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the New Calvary Cemetery (1461 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106).
