He was predeceased by: his parents, Raoul Guerette and Marie Louise Guerette (Ouellette); his son John; and his siblings, Robert Guerette, Lucille Guerette, Muriel Davis and Carmen Guerette.

He is survived by: his sons, Dan and Jeff (Carolyn); his friend Bill Bilodeau; his wife Mary Jane Guerette; his daughter Ann Therriault (Michael); his grandchildren, Corey Therriault (Abigail), Ian Therriault, Emma, Abby and Jonathan Guerette; his great grandchildren, Landon and Nora Therriault; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Vallee and Irene Coady.
