He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Fournier and Gertrude Fournier. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerry Fournier and Judy Woodcock; and his wife Sandra Fournier.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in Normand's memory.
