She was predeceased by: her parents, Osborne W. Condon and Esther Condon (Brown) of Durham; and her siblings, Esther Mae Routhier, Carl, Freeman Condon and Randall Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph A. Carter; and her children, Ralph T. Carter (Teresa) of Austin, TX, Tammy Worcester (Todd) of Winthrop, Ryan Carter (Cindy) of Lisbon Falls, Mark Carter (Michelle) of Pownal and Richard Carter of Barrington, NH. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Durham Amvets Hall (1049 Royalsborough Rd, Durham, ME 04222).
