She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Howard (Marie). She is survived by: her husband Larry; her daughter Bonnie Phillips of Auburn; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Alex, Ashley and Caitie; her stepchild Danielle; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Ada, Autumn and Kylie; her siblings-in-law, Janice Bolduc and Carl Douglass (Mildred); and also, Jill Guay of Minot and Deanna Trudeau (Brian) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Nancy Douglass to East Auburn Baptist Church.
