He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Strout Sr. and Lottie V. Hewett; his wife Helen Ann Casey; his great grandchild Jillian Morrell; and his siblings, Charles Jr., Paul, William, Nettie, Lawrence, Robert, Eleanor and Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Turner (Jack), Regina Frailey (Timothy), Lee Jr. (Nahir) and Daniel Strout (Judi Pancione); his grandchildren, Helen Minoty, Erin Ward (Nate), Ashley Dawson (Ryan), Nathaniel Richards, Brittany, Taylar Frailey, Jordan, Lee Strout III, Jack Turner and Shyanne Smith (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Viviane Minoty (Dylan), Lillian, Larrie Minoty, Austen, Jakob Oulette, Madelain, Sophie Morrell, Elizabeth, Xavier, Jackson, Arrow Ward, Eoghan, Charlotte Gochenour and Sailor Strout; and his brother Richard Strout.
