She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leigh and Susan Bisbee Leigh. She is survived by: her husband Francis Paul Jacques; her daughters, Wendy (Ann) and Melinda (Mike); her granddaughters, Natasha and Erica; and her siblings, Nancy Bernard and Jim Leigh (Joan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She and Francis raised their two daughters in Clinton, on the Kennebec river, where they lived happily until her decline with Alzheimer's.
