She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Morrill and Marguerite Morrill; her husband Rodney Sylvester; and her siblings, Raymond (Anne-Marie Morrill) and Arlene Harris (Wendall).

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Field (Fred) and John Sylvester (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Shaun Sylvester, Alyson Sylvester and Bethany Field; and her great grandchild Molly.
