He was predeceased by: his parents, William B Hird and Nancy Whitten. He is survived by: his wife Marcie of Auburn, ME; his son Gregory (Meghan); his grandchildren, Pearson and Parker of Lewiston, ME; his daughter Callie (Will); his grandchildren, Olivia, Hadleigh and Dylan of Voorhees, NJ; his son Shawn (Amanda); his grandchildren, Theodore and Millicent of Buckfield, ME; and his siblings, Billy (Lisa) of Lewiston, ME, Darcy (Dan) of Sackett Harbor, NY and Linda (John) of Leigh High, FL. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Services Honoring Gregory's Life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to East Auburn Baptist Church, Auburn or Auburn/Lewiston YMCA.
