It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Ramsdell of Auburn, Maine, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dorothy Marie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Calvin Bowie of Auburn; her children, James, Thomas and Karla; her husband Carleton Ramsdell of Turner; and her father Mike Sheloske. She was also cherished by many friends, and co-workers.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 1:00 PM.
