He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Strout Sr. and Joanne West; and his half-brothers, Dale Strout and Randall Rugg. He is survived by: his stepmother Sue Strout; his brother Scott (Tina Strout); and his half-siblings, Reginald Jr. (Claire Strout), Brian Morris, David Rugg, Debra (Bill Washburn) and Penny Creamons.
