He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard C. Avery and Louise Miller Avery; his wife Margaret C. Smith; his children, Thomas Avery (Diane), Karen (Robert Hall Jr.) and Anna (Richard Bissonnette); his grandchildren, James Avery (Meghan), Heather (Nick Langlais), Katie Avery-Hurd (Erica), Samantha (James Vachon), Jennifer Hall (Morgan Noonan), David Hall, Amanda Bissonette, Aaron Bissonette (Mikelle Kearnes) and Krista (Joe York); his great grandchildren, Maverick, Dilynne, Jagger Avery, Easton, Maddox Langlais and Owen Hall; his brother Edward Avery; his pet Summit; his sister Shirley Bennett; and his sister-in-law Miranda Ann Avery. He was also cherished by two nieces and one nephew.
